What are the delivery times?
We ship all orders within 24 to 48 hours (business days). Delivery takes 6 to 8 business days in mainland France and 8 to 14 days internationally.

Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number is automatically sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Are the sizes consistent with French standards?
Yes, our sizes follow French standards. We generally offer sizes XS to XL (34 to 42), unless they are out of stock.
What should I do if my usual size doesn't fit?
If your usual size does not fit, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to exchange your item and advise you on the best size for your body type.

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. It must be in its original condition, with the tags attached.
Are return shipping costs at my expense?
Yes, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, in the case of an exchange, we cover the shipping costs for the new item. Please feel free to contact us for more information

Specific care instructions are provided on the label of each garment. In general, we recommend a delicate wash at 30°C and avoiding tumble drying to preserve the quality and durability of the items.
